Many of our customers realise after gaining the Skippers Ticket that the course is quite basic. After completing your RST, it can be a little daunting to plan a trip such as heading to Rottnest Island or cruising the Swan River at night.
If you did your RST on a small vessel such as ours and are fortunate enough to take ownership of a larger vessel, then the skills and knowledge required to handle and look after such a vessel can be quite different.
